Apparently, a reservation doesn’t mean anything when they’re renting to their Buddy. Made a reservation with Andrew a week in advance. When I went to pick up the equipment, I found out he rented to his buddy down the street. Thank goodness Home Depot came to my rescue. Will never try them again!Update: received a call from the rental manager offering his apologies for what happened and will provide a free rental if I need the equipment, again.

Bought a used skidsteer from them several months ago. It was described as ready to go to work, fresh service, fresh rebuild on the lift cylinders. I received it dirty, and the cutting edge of the bucket was so worn that it only exists in a few spots on the bucket, completely gone elsewhere. Not a huge deal but not very professional to not even clean the machine. It soon was running hot and I discovered that one radiator was plugged with mud. I decided to do a full inspection/service myself at this point and the cost of several hundred dollars I shouldn't have had to spend. The hydraulic filter was dirty, the cabin air filter was missing, the air filter needed replaced, and the biggest problem was that the final drive oil was some of the worst I've ever seen. Fixed these problems and soon one lift started significantly leaking. They sent me another rebuild kit and my mechanic rebuilt it again. My mechanic stated that several seals were missing inside and the cylinder was so severely worn he didn't expect his rebuild to last long either. It lasted another 5-6 hours and then started leaking again. I spent $400 on hydraulic oil keeping the level good until a new lift cylinder arrived. MTC offered to send me $1000 for the cylinder or a used cylinder, I refused the used cylinder as who knows its quality. This is a low hours 2018 machine, I felt it was more than reasonable for me to expect a brand cylinder but they were extremely rude about that idea. So I spent $3000 on a new cylinder and they sent me $1000.I was not going to leave a review because I just dont usually do this, karma comes around. Today I was using it to hang gates and realized that the hydraulics leak down badly as well.Overall I would say that anyone buying a machine from them should run away and never look back.Edit: I have received a call from them almost immediately and they have offered to send a mechanic to look at the leak down. Extremely polite and positive experience and conversation compared to the original salesman.Further edit: the machine has been repaired at their expense. Unsure of the difference between original salesman and current but this was a totally different experience.

MTC has a great selection of equipment and an even better staff. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I purchased a skid steer from these guys and it was a really enjoyable experience. Noah the sales rep I worked with really went out of his way to make sure everything was good to go on the machine before I left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service or purchase of equipment. You won't get the used car salesman lot lizard vibe!

Let's start with the customer service and care. These guys take it to the next level with the best equipment purchase experience I have ever encountered. The highest level of customer service I have ever felt. They genuinely care about their customers and take great pride in their business. From the owner to the employees all around top notch. To anyone shopping for equipment look no further these guys are the real deal. They stand behind their work and live up to their work. Stop messing with shady salesman and buy from mtc you will not be let down or unsatisfied. Thanks MTC I appreciate everything you've done for me!

Just purchased my first skid steer attachments for my small environmental and landscaping business. My trencher had some factory defects, and failed in the middle of a high profile project. MTC rented me another trencher attachment to finish the job and had a brand new unit waiting for me at their shop the next day. Great guys, great products, great customer service in a society where that doesn't exist much anymore. Looking forward to working with them more as my small business grows.
